ThisDraw reads a blood test you already have and may ship a 90-day supplement pack in Australia. Education only. Not medical advice.

What we keep

• Email, name, and shipping address when you give them. A login code sent to that email.
• The blood test file you upload, plus the machine read of that file, so a refresh or a later login can open the same results.
• Which pages you open, and the steps from upload to pay. No marker values go to ad networks.
• Order details if you buy a pack.

Consent

We read the file you upload so we can show your results. We keep a copy so a refresh does not lose the read, and so you can log back in on another device. Email us to delete it.

How long

Upload files are kept for 90 days. If you become a customer we may keep the file longer to support that order. Email us to ask for deletion.

Ads

If ads pixels are on, they only see marketing events: a page view, a lead (email), checkout start, and purchase amount. They do not receive lab values or condition names.
